The public is invited to North Idaho College’s Day of Dialogue from noon to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 11, in the Edminster Student Union Building Lake Coeur d’Alene Room. The doors open at 11:30 a.m. This year, the event will feature keynote speaker Dr. Amy Canfield, a professor of History and Gender and Women's Studies at Lewis-Clark State College.
Canfield's research interests include federal Indian policy, women's roles in the 20th century, women's suffrage, and American popular culture.
Women of the Year awards will be presented at the Day of Dialogue. The event is free and open to the public. A light lunch will be provided.
