North Idaho College will hold its annual outdoor Mother’s Day Concert in the Park at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 12 in the Coeur d’Alene City Park Band Shell.

The Mother’s Day Concert in the Park will feature musical performances by the NIC Wind Symphony directed by NIC Adjunct Music Professor Terry Jones and the NIC Cardinal Chorale directed by NIC Adjunct Music Professor Stan McDaniel.

The wind symphony will kick off the afternoon with performances of “The Star-Spangled Banner,” “Gaelic Rhapsody” and more.

The Cardinal Chorale continues the concert with “Amazing Grace” and “Ease My Mind, Lord” followed by the wind symphony performing “Fugue on Yankee Doodle,” “Hymn to the Fallen” and more.

The concert will close with the chorale and wind symphony joining together and performing a U.S. Armed Services medley.
