NIC Workforce Training to host 30th anniversary event

The North Idaho College Workforce Training Center is hosting an anniversary open house to celebrate 30 years of providing training opportunities to the community.

The event will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7 at the Workforce Training Center, 525 S. Clearwater Loop, in the Riverbend Commerce Park in Post Falls.

The anniversary celebration, which commemorates the opening of the center in October 1994, will begin with a short ceremony with several NIC speakers.  This will be followed by an open house in which the public is invited to self-tour the building and learn about the many training programs offered by the NIC Workforce Training Center.
