Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) - Complaint Process

North Idaho College follows the IDOL complaint process defined in the WIA Complaint Procedure Technical Assistance Guide.  Program complaints must be filed with a WIOA Service Provider or IDOL as the state administrative entity within 180 days from the date of the occurrence.  WIOA program complaints are those alleging nondiscriminatory, non-criminal violations of the WIOA agreements, policies or activities by participants, one-stop partners, service providers and other interested parties.  Refer to the WIA Complaint Procedure Technical Assistance Guide for criminal or discrimination complaints.
