- Testing is by appointment only.
- All exam times should be scheduled online unless otherwise specified. Voice mail and email appointments will not be honored.
- Exams must be scheduled at least 12 hours in advance to use the online system. Same-day scheduling may not be possible, and availability must be checked in person or over the phone.
- No exams will be administered less than 30 minutes (two hours for the ALEKS) before the Testing Center closes for the day.
- Cancellations can be made online up to 12 hours or by phone up to three hours before the scheduled appointment; otherwise, the appointment will be marked as a no-show. See No-Show Policy.
