If you lose your Cardinal Card, a replacement card will cost $20 and payment will need to be made before a new card is issued. Please visit Cardinal Central in Lee-Kildow Hall if you need to replace your card. You can pay the replacement fee online.
Report lost or stolen cards immediately to Cardinal Central. Reported cards will be disabled for facility access and food service so your card cannot be used by others. Replacement cards can be obtained at Cardinal Central for a replacement fee of $20.

If your name has been legally changed, you must go to Cardinal Central in Lee-Kildow Hall and change your name with NIC. Once your name has been officially changed with the Registrar's office, a Cardinal Card with your new name can be made for you 24 hours later. Go to Cardinal Central and a new Cardinal Card will be issued at no charge. Be sure to bring your picture ID (e.g. Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID, etc.) with your new name on it.
If someone turns your card into Cardinal Central, we will attempt to contact the card owner through their Cardinal email. Cardinal Central holds lost Cardinal Cards for two weeks (14 days) after we've attempted to contact the cardholder. If the card is not picked up within that time, the card is destroyed and the $20 replacement fee must be paid in order to receive another.
