Students get real-world experience in the kitchen, dining room, and Lakeview Sip and Study operating Emery's Restaurant.

The Culinary Arts program provides students with entry-level skills in the food service industry. Students receive instruction in cooking and baking, as well as theoretical knowledge that underlines competency in the field. Additional training involves table service, menus, cost controls, storeroom, and stewarding.

Student Restaurant Emery's

• will be open most Wednesdays and Thursdays September 25^th through November 20^th

• Reservations are not required but appreciated.

Lakeview Sip and Study

• We have rebranded the NICularts Deli to be Lakeview Sip and Study
• It will be a hospitality service lab selling coffee drink and light snacks 
  • Starting September 9^th
  • Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
• Hot lunch and breakfast: prepared by Culinary students will be available most Wednesdays and Thursdays.
