- Admissions and Academic Standards Committee Appeal Form: Complete this online form to appeal for reinstatement or appeal for late withdrawal from a term. The form requires supporting documentation.
- Application for Graduation: You must apply to graduate from North Idaho College. The Application for Graduation is available within your MyNIC Self Service.

Program Update Form: Complete this form to change or add an additional program, or to change your catalog year. The form is located in your MYNIC account by searching for the tile, Program Update Form.
- Non-Degree Enrollment Form: Complete this form to enroll at North Idaho College as a non-degree-seeking student.
- Transcript Request: Transcripts can be ordered online through Student Clearinghouse.
