NIC Workforce Training Center works for you! Our mission is to develop, train, and educate the workforce of tomorrow. Students come to WTC for certificates, apprenticeships, professional development, career-advancing courses, and various trainings.

If the training your business or organization requires isn’t already available, we offer Customized Training tailored to your specific needs. We meet one-on-one to assess needs and discuss how we can provide training that will achieve your goals. We supply instructors and trainers or help you develop your own instructors. We have established partnerships in the region and can encourage collaboration for shared resources and partnerships.
