Rental Rates
Classroom
Classrooms comfortably seat 40 people (maximum: 60 people).
- Profit: $40 per hour and $40 set-up fee
- Non-Profit: $35 per hour and $35 set-up fee
Computer Lab
Two labs with Internet access and seating for 16 and 20 students.
- Profit: $70 per hour, $40 set-up fee and $40 per hour technical support
- Non-Profit: $55 per hour, $35 set-up fee and $35 per hour technical support
Satellite Downlink
- $40 per hour, $40 an administrative fee and $50 technical set-up fee

Classrooms and Labs are equipped with:
- Overhead projector
- TV and VCR
- Whiteboard
- Lectern
- Easel and flip chart
- Digital overhead

Request a room reservation and staff from the WTC and from Event Services will coordinate with you!
